Shipping & Refund Policy

Urban Store operates www.wisekart.in. By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These terms are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but occasionally, there may be a stock discrepancy. If we cannot fulfill all your items at the time of purchase, we will fulfill the available products and contact you regarding whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping is entirely FREE for customers, so you only need to pay for the product.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due To Damaged Product

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and rectify it.

Urban Store will accept returns due to a damaged product/ wrong item delivered as long as a request to return is received by us within 48 hours of receiving the item. The items must be returned to us in the original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to your bank. We will notify you once this has been completed via email.

3.2 Return due to Aesthetic/Choice Related Issues

Return shipping will be covered by Urban Store if the product delivered to you is damaged or if the wrong item was sent. However, if the customer is not satisfied with the purchase or has ordered the wrong item/color, the customer will need to ship the product back to us. In this case, Urban Store will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

3.3 Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are delivered within 2 - 6 days.

4.2 Change Of Delivery Address

Orders placed before 05:00 PM (INDIAN TIME) will be dispatched the same day.

Our warehouse operates Monday - Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.

4.3 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

4.4 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive tracking information through which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

6. Delivery Timelines

The shipment will be dispatched within the same day. The shipment will be delivered between 7-10 days.
